Thoroughly enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing too much trouble. All staff were friendly. The location was stunning, so close to restaurants and the trams, and shopping centers, casinos, and pubs. In fact, it was located so near from grand palace.

Its rooms were spacious and comfy.

The location itself was particularly good and stunning in the center. Besides, it was near to the shops and the square as well as town centre.

Great location! Right near all of the shops and the square. The apartment was in good conditions with hot water and even the sofa was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the simplicity of the check-in process as well.

The bedroom window didn't open, which made the apartment very hot. The TV didn't work due to bad WiFi connection.

The room was spacious with lots of storage and a well-equipped kitchenette. Check-in was easy with keypad codes for both the building and the room. Great location, within walking distance of public transport, shops, and sightseeing spots. Comfortable beds with blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. Responsive staff and convenient bag storage nearby. Would definitely return.

The Residence Capitale - City Center in Brussels was a great choice for us as vegetarians and vegans. the kitchen equipment provided in the spacious apartment was basic but adequate, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. We also appreciated the excellent location, which made it convenient to find vegetarian and vegan restaurants nearby.

The staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to assist us with any requests or concerns.
